INTERNATIONAL NOTICE OF PREQUALIFICATION Nº02/2025 FOR THE
UPDATING AND EXPANSION OF SUPPLIERS FILE OF CEREALS (SOFT
WHEAT, DURUM WHEAT, BARLEY AND RICE), PULSES (CHICK PEAS,
BEANS, LENTILS ... ), AND SEEDS (OF CEREALS AND PULSES)

As part of updating and expanding its suppliers file, The Algerian
Interprofessional Office of Cereals (OAIC-EPIC) is launching an
international notice of prequalification for the updating and expansion of its
suppliers database of cereals (soft wheat, Durum, Barley, and rice), pulses
(Chick peas, beans, lentils etc) and seeds (of cereals and pulses).

This prequalification notice is addressed to operators constitued as
commercial companies acting as exporters, producers or regular suppliers
(traders) of aformentioned products, possessing a minimum of five (05) years
of experience in the field (supported by documentation such as certificates of
satisfactory performance or other relevant documents ) and not listed among
the economic operators prohibited from participating in public procurement.

Operators currently listed in the suppliers database must also comply with the
provision of this prequalification notice.

For new companies or subsidiaries, applicants must also provide proof of
their affiliation with the parent campany.

Applicants to this prequalification notice are required to submit, within a
period of ninety (90) days from the first publication of the notice in the
national press, their application files consisting of the following documents :

· The company's legal status.

· The commercial register.

. The list of principal executives.

. The list of main shareholders.

. The company's tax status in the country where its headquarters is
located (or documents providing exemption from taxation)

. The certified financial statements for the last two fiscal years.

Any other documents that may assist the Algerian Interprofessional Office of
Cereals( OAIC-EPIC) in better identifying the operator and assessing its
capacities and qualifications.

Any bidder that has not submitted a complete file will only be contacted after
completing its file within three (03) months from the date of the bid opening.
Beyond this deadline, the file will be rejected ..

Any supplier who has not concluded a contract within twelve (12) months
must justify this by an explanatory letter , otherwise they will be excluded.

These documents must be issued by the competent authorities and
authenticated by the Algerian consular services. They must be provided in
original copies with an official translation into Arabic, French or English.

The application file must be placed in an envelope bearing the following
statement :

The files must be submitted to the following address:

« Office Algérien Interprofessionnel des Céréales »,
sis à 05, rue Ferhat Boussaad (Ex : Meissonnier), Alger

The submission deadline is set at ninety (90) days from the date of the first
publication of this notice in the national press.

If this date coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest, deadline for
preparing the offers will be extended to the next working day.
