NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC OPEN ITB Nr.20 /SO/D.TECH /2022

In accordance with the internal rules and procedures of Sorfert Algérie Spa, the bidders who submitted a bid under International and Domestic Open ITB Nr. 20/SO.TECH/2022 for the on-site installation of BOP equipment for the new 166TPH auxiliary boiler at the Ammonia and Urea Plant of Sorfert Algérie Spa, as notified in the Algerian newspapers El Khabar , Le Quotidien d’Oran and Baosem, are hereby informed by the General Director of Sorfert Algérie Spa, that the commercial bid evaluation resulted in the provisional award of the contract to the following bidder:

Amount: DZD 89 288 583.36 All taxes included

Remark: Lowest bidder

In accordance with the internal rules and procedures of Sorfert Algérie Spa, any bidder questioning this result may introduce a claim with the Company Contract Commission within a period of Ten (10) days following the first publication of this Notice.

All unsuccessful bidders may inform themselves about the detailed results of their own bid within a period of Three (03) days following the first publication of this Notice.

Conformément aux procédures interne de la Société Sorfert Algérie Spa, la Direction Générale de SORFERT Algérie Spa informe l'ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'Appel d'Offres National et International Ouvert N°20/SO/D.TECH/2022 Ayant pour objet : Le montage in-situ des équipement BOP pour la nouvelle chaudière auxiliaire de 166 t/h pour le complexe d’Ammoniac et d’Urée de Sorfert Algérie SPA., publié dans les journaux El Khabar , Le Quotidien d’Oran & Baosem, que l'évaluation des offres commerciales a donné lieu à l’attribution provisoire du marché au soumissionnaire :

Conformément aux procédures interne de la Société Sorfert Algérie Spa, tout soumissionnaire qui conteste ces résultats peut introduire un recours auprès de la commission des marchés de l'entreprise dans un délai de (10) Dix jours à compter de la 1^ère parution du présent avis.

Les soumissionnaires non retenus peuvent prendre connaissance du résultat détaillé de leur offre dans un délai de (03) Trois jours à compter de la 1^ère parution du présent avis.
