Groupement TouatGaz, an association between Sonatrach and GDF Suez E&P Touat BV, with its head office at Industrial Zone No. 1 Oued Zine, P. O. Box 54/239 Commune of ADRAR, Wilaya of Adrar, Algeria (Fax : +213 [0]49 98 00 50), is issuing a competitive National and International Open Call for Tender for the following service :

NEBOSH PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE TRAINING

MOST IMPORTANT:

This notice concerns only companies specializing in the aforementioned activity, accredited by NEBOSH, having recognized references in the field, as well as the activity code of the commercial register compatible with the subject of the call for tenders.

In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but not limited to, Association, Groupment, partnership, common shareholders, sub-contractor...), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.

Companies interested in this notice may request the specifications by E-mail at the address indicated below against presentation of a legalized copy of an extract of their registration in the Commercial Register in accordance with the object of this invitation to tender: Groupment TouatGaz, Industrial Zone Group N ° 1 OUED ZINE ADRAR

The submission mode for this tender is in one (01) steps applied. Technical offers, without price indication, and commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously by email to the above referenced addresses.

The deadline for withdrawing the invitation to tender file is set at Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of the invitation to tender in the BAOSEM, publication date not included.

The closing date for submission of Technical & Commercial proposals is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM (date of publication not included), before 16h00 (Algerian local time) and in strict compliance with the instructions contained in the ITT.

The deadline for receiving Clarification bulletins and withdrawal or issuance of tender documents is Five (05) days before the closing date.

Any file received after this time will be considered void and rejected.

Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Any tendering costs and/or additional document expenses incurred by the tenderer during the withdrawal, preparation and submission of the proposal shall be fully born by tenderer, who shall have no recourse to Groupement TouatGaz in this respect.

The language of this Call for Bid documents is French.
