Appel d’offres National et International Restreint N°24/DAC/IT/GTFT/2024

Le GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort,  régi par le décret législatif n°93-08 du 25 avril 1993 agissant en tant qu’"Opérateur" pour le compte de  Sonatrach et TotalEnergies EP Algérie, informe les soumissionnaires intéressés par l'Avis d’Appel d’Offres National  et International  Restreint  N°24/DAC/IT/GTFT/2024 ayant pour objet

« INTEGRATION ET MISE EN PLACE DU SYSTEME D’INFORMATION ERP SAP S/4HANA POUR LE COMPTE GROUPEMENT TFT »

paru dans le BAOSEM  N° 2333 du 17/12/2024, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le mieux disant : « SARL CM CONSULTING » pour un montant de Cent Vingt-huit Million Cinquante Mille Dinars Algériens (128 050 000,00 DA) en Toutes Taxes Comprises hormis TVA et ce pour une durée contractuelle de Trente-Six (36) mois.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours auprès du Président de la Commission des Marchés du Groupement TFT et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender N° 24/DAC/IT/GTFT/2024

The GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort, , governed by the Legislative Decree N° 93-08 of April 25, 1993, acting as "Operator" of: SONATRACH and TOTALENERGIES EP ALGERIE informs the tenderers interested in the National and International restricted Invitation to Tender N°24/DAC/IT/GTFT/2024 regarding:

Integration and implementation of the ERP SAP S/4HANA information system on behalf of GROUPEMENT TFT.

 published in the BAOSEM N° 2333 of December 17^th, 2024, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the best offer tenderer « SARL CM CONSULTING  », for an amount of 128.050.000.00 DZD/ All taxes included without TVA,

contractual Period of 36 months.

The tenderers contesting the results may introduce a recourse to the President of the Markets Commission of The GROUPEMENT TFT in a delay of Five (05) working days utmost  as of the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Beyond this period, no recourse will be admissible.
