Groupement Sonatrach-Eni, is a Joint Venture made up of Sonatrach and Eni Algeria Production B.V. and governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in Blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields), in 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-SFNE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II, perimeters, issues a national and international competitive restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

"On-call" Service for Tubing Recovery System for Workover Activities”

Lot N°01: On the operating areas of the blocks : 403, 403a, 403d, ROM- North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROM EAST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) SF-SFNE field and ZEA perimeters, SF-II et OO-II.

Lot N°02: On the operating areas of the blocks : 405b (Fields MLE, CAFC) and Berkin SUD.

This invitation to tender concerns only the companies that are specialized in the field and/or the distributors that are certified in marketing this type of products and/ services and owning recognized references in the field.

The companies that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Groupement SONATRACH-ENI Route Du CINA, Zone des Partenaires SONATRACH, 24 février, BP Nº 559, Hassi Messaoud, Wilaya de Ouargla Algérie, in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of their inscription to the electronic trade register, or transmit the trade register and the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes and must be anonymous.

The deadline for the withdrawal of the tender documents (specifications) is fixed in twenty-eight (28) days at 18h00 Algeria Local Time GMT+1, after the date of publication of this tender notice in the Baosem.

The offers’ submission deadline is fixed in thirty-five (35) days at 18h00 Algeria Local time GMT+1 as of the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every offer received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their offers for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the offers' receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The offers’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of SONATRACH- ENI Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

The tender must hold a trade register bearing the activity code(s) corresponding to the subject of the call for tenders and constituting its principal activity.

Having at least five (05) years of specific experience in the field covered by this call for tenders, justified by at least one similar project in the past two (02) years.

Must not be blacklisted by Sonatrach and/or Eni.
