Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

ON-CALL SUPPLY AND SERVICES FOR SAND CONTROL EQUIPMENT.

Only compagnies specializing in the field are invited to be candidates.

The companies that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at : Supplies and Contracts Department, Groupement Sonatrach-Eni, Base Ex-SH-FCP, Zone des Partenaires Sonatrach, 24 Février, Hassi Messaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla Algérie in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of their inscription to the trade register, or transmit the Electronic trade register accompanied with company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes and must be anonymous.

The deadline for the withdrawal of the tender documents (specifications) is fixed in twenty one (21) days at 6:00 p.m, following of the date of publication of this tender notice.

The offers’ submission deadline is fixed in thirty-five (35) days at 6:00 p.m,as of the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important :

This invitation to tender concerns only the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions :

Demonstrate Five (05) years of specific experience in the Oil and Gas sector (ON-CALL SUPPLY AND SERVICES FOR SAND CONTROL EQUIPMENT), supported by certificates of satisfactory performance issued by the Clients.

Have completed at least One (01) similar project during the last two years, supported by certificates of satisfactory performance issued by the Clients.
