NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PRE-QUALIFICATION CALL

N° 11/PREQ/INV/DFSP/2025

The company Drilling Fluids Services Aux Puits “DFSP” (formerly BASP), BP 86, Zone Hassi Messaoud, Wilaya of Ouargla – 30500, ALGERIA, is launching a pre-qualification process to select suppliers of thermal treatment units for drilling waste, rehabilitation waste, and contaminated soil, with varying capacities.

The pre-qualification will be carried out in accordance with the procedures defined in the pre-qualification dossier and is open to all potentially qualified and eligible national and international candidates.

DFSP invites interested national and international companies to collect or request the transmission of the pre-qualification dossier by electronic means, as from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, upon written request accompanied by a legal document proving their business activity (Commercial Registration), at the following address:

Pre-qualification dossiers must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three (03) hard copies – one (01) original and two (02) copies – as well as one (01) electronic copy, either sent by mail or delivered directly to the Registry Office at the above-mentioned address, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, and must bear the following statement:

If the deadline falls on a public holiday or weekend (Friday or Saturday), the submission date will be extended to the next working day.

Applicants who have collected the dossier may request clarifications in accordance with the provisions of the pre-qualification dossier.

Successful candidates will be included in a shortlist that will be published in the BAOSEM. Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to DFSP’s selective consultations.

Any company excluded from SONATRACH, ENSP, or DFSP procedures will not be eligible to bid for the entire duration of its exclusion.

Any request for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than five (05) days before the deadline for submission of dossiers.
