NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST N°02/DMC/2018

FOR THE PRE-QUALIFY OF SUPPLIERS OF RAW MATERIALS OF TYPES

MAP- DAP- SOP FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHORT-LIST.


The Industrial Group – Fertilizes and Phytosanitary Products – EPE ASMIDAL SPA, as part of its Bulk Blending solid fertilizer formulation activity, is launching an International call for Expression of Interest to pre-qualify suppliers, for establishing a short-list, for producers and producer-related commercial representations for the supply of 1250 kg Big Bags in bulk goods and costs, mentioned in lots 1, 2 and 3 below:


• Lot N ° 1: Mono Ammonium Phosphate - MAP: 12-52-0.
• Lot N ° 2: Potassium Sulfate - SOP (K2SO4), containing K2O: 50.8.
• Lot 3: Di-Ammonium Phosphate - DAP: 18-46-0.


Companies specialized in the field, can submit their candidature for a single lot, several lots or all lots.

The international call file for expression of interest:

May be withdrawn by candidates or their representatives at the coordinates indicated below.

Candidatures must be sent in accordance with the requirements of the International call file for Pre-qualification, at the following address:

Expressions of interest sent by e-mail will be accepted.

Candidatures must be sent at the address indicated above no later than the twenty-first day (21st) at 2 pm (2 pm) local time, after the first appearance on the BAOSEM and / or the national dailies. Any event received after this deadline will be rejected.

The examination of the candidatures will take place on the twenty-first (21st) day at 2.30 pm (2.30 pm) local time, at the same address, (without the presence of the candidates or their representatives).

At the end of the examination of the candidatures, the candidates selected in a short list, will be invited to enter into competition within the framework of a restricted consultation for the supply of the abovementioned raw materials.

For any further information regarding this call for expressions of interest, the companies concerned are invited to send their requests for additional information by e-mail to the abovementioned e-mail address.


It should be noted that the interest expressed by an interested company does not confer any right of insertion in the short-list of suppliers of raw materials, and does not imply any obligation on the part of the ASMIDAL Group to include it in his short list.
