The National Company of Civil Engineering and Building, by abbreviation G.C.B., Engineering and Procurement Management / Sub-Directorate of Procurement, located at : Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 villa n° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers. Is launching an expansion notice N° 03/2026 for National and International Open pre-qualification Call for Tenders under reference N° : PREQ -NIO N°12/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023 Concerning the :

Pre-selection of suppliers for the supply of the following materials :

BATCH 01 : Compressors

BATCH 02 : Pumps

BATCH 03 : Séparators

BATCH 04 : Pig traps

BATCH 05 : Line Pipe, Line Pipe GRP

BATCH 06 : Valves

BATCH 07 : Fittings and bolts

BATCH 08 : Gaskets, gaskets kit

BATCH 09 : Filters

BATCH 10 : Injection skids

BATCH 11 : Fire-fighting equipment

The pre-qualification documents can be obtained at the following address: Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers, at the procurement service office, no later than (30) Thirty days starting from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM, by any interested tenderers, upon presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5,000.00DA) Five Thousand Algerian Dinars. Payments are made by bank transfer to account GCB BEA No. 002 00111 1112200044 /27 at the Boumerdes II branch for Algerian companies and (50.00€) Fifty euros for foreign tenderers to account GCB BEA No. 002 00082 8208260725-94 agence Rouiba EL KENZ. (IBAN NR : 55 002 00082 8208260725-94 - Code SWIFT : BEXADZAL).

Candidates must submit the pre-qualification offer, along with the administrative and financial documents mentioned in the specifications.

In the context of prequalification tender, they must be submitted in three separate envelopes within a single package, to the following address:

Within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, tenderers are permitted to tender for one or more lots, each lot requiring a separate prequalification offer.

Tenderers already pre-qualified according to the pre-qualification publication referenced PREQ-NIO N°12/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023 are not concerned by this expansion.

The pre-qualification offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.

The preselected bidders under this notice of extension shall remain bound by their offer for a period of five (05) years, starting from the date of publication of the results of the first prequalification notice in the BAOSEM.
