Is launching an expansion notice N° 01/2024 for National and International Open pre-qualification Call for Tenders under reference N° : PREQ -NIO N°11/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023 Concerning the :

BATCH 05 : ADF LIGHTING EQUIPMENT.

BATCH 06 : GENERATOR GROUP.

BATCH 07 : TRANSFORMER

BATCH 08 : MV/LV/MCC/TGBT ELECTRICAL PANELS

BATCH 09 : LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM

BATCH 10 : UPS AND BATTERY CHARGER

BATCH 11 : ELECTRIC MOTOR.

BATCH 12 : SHELTER.

 BATCH 13 : COMPENSATION BATTERY.

 BATCH 14 : JUNCTION BOX.

 BATCH 15 : CABLE TRAY, TUBES AND ACCESSORIES.

 BATCH 18 : POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS).

The pre-qualification documents can be obtained at the following address: Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers, at the procurement service office, no later than (30) Thirty days starting from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM, by any interested tenderers, upon presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5,000.00DA) Five Thousand Algerian Dinars. Payments are made by bank transfer to account GCB BEA No. 002 00111 1112200044 /27 at the Boumerdes II branch for Algerian companies and (50.00€) Fifty euros for foreign tenderers to account GCB BEA N° 002000828208260725-94, agence Rouiba EL KENZ. Candidates must submit the pre-qualification offer, along with the administrative and financial documents mentioned in the specifications.

In the context of prequalification tender, they must be submitted in three separate envelopes within a single package, to the following address:

Within Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, tenderers are permitted to tender for one or more lots, each lot requiring a separate prequalification offer.

Tenderers already pre-qualified according to the pre-qualification publication referenced PREQ-NIO N°11/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023 are not concerned by this expansion.

The pre-qualification offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.

Tenderers retained will be shortlisted and consulted for all services covered by this pre-qualification. The pre-selected tenderers in this expansion notice will remain committed to their offer for a period of Five (05) years starting from the date of publication of the pre-qualification results on BAOSEM.
