NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION CALL FOR TENDERS

No. 08/PREQ/EXP/DFSP/2025

APPLICATION FILE FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION For suppliers specialized in the supply of mineral products for drilling, workover, and completion fluids

Drilling Fluids Services Aux Puits “DFSP” (formerly BASP) hereby launches a Prequalification Call for Candidates with a view to establishing a shortlist of companies specialized in the supply of mineral products intended for drilling, workover, and completion fluids, for the needs of its operations on development fields and exploration basins located in Algeria.

The prequalification process shall be conducted in accordance with the conditions defined in the Prequalification Dossier and is open to all qualified and eligible national and international candidates.

DRILLING FLUIDS SERVICES AUX PUITS “DFSP” (ex-BASP) invites all interested companies to collect or request electronic transmission of the Prequalification Dossier upon publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, by sending a written request accompanied by a legal document attesting to their activity to the following address:

The application files must be submitted in sealed envelopes, containing:

One (01) original paper copy, and

One (01) electronic copy,

and delivered to the above-mentioned address within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM (publication day included).

The envelope shall clearly bear the following mention:

If the last calendar day coincides with a public holiday or weekend (Friday or Saturday), the deadline for submission of applications shall be postponed to the next working day.

Candidates who have collected the prequalification dossier may request clarifications under the conditions set forth in the Prequalification Dossier, and no later than five (05) days before the submission deadline.

At the end of the evaluation process, the successful candidates will be placed on a shortlist, which will be published in the BAOSEM.Only prequalified companies will be invited to participate in the selective consultations that will be subsequently launched by DFSP.

Important:Any company excluded from the tendering process of SONATRACH, ENSP, or DFSP shall not be eligible to participate in this prequalification for the duration of its exclusion.
