National and International Open Call for Expression of Interest

N° 03/2021/NAFTAL/DESPE/DPP

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products “NAFTAL-Spa”, with a capital of 40.000.000.000 DZD, Tax ID: 099916000969164, Executive Directorate of Strategy, Planification and Economy, located at: Route des Dunes BP N° 73 Chéraga-Algiers, issues a national and international call for expression of interest, regarding:

Prequalification for the constitution of a short-list for a cooperation with LPG fuel kit manufacturer for the realization of a GPL fuel kit assembling unit, destined to oil and/ or diesel-powered vehicles (Dual Fuel).

The interested candidates must:

Own the expertise, the know-how and proven competences in the field of manufacturing and assembling GPL fuel kits for oil and/ or diesel motorization (Dual Fuel);

Own a patent and/ or a license for manufacturing parts destined to GPL fuel kits for oil and/ or diesel motorization (Dual Fuel).

The dossier of the call for the expression of interest may be withdrawn by a person duly habilitated, by presenting a mandate and the electronic trade register or the deposit receipt for one, nearby:

The dossier of the call for the expression of interest shall be transmitted to the requester by e-mail as soon as the deposit slip with the amount mentioned above.

The candidature file of the call for the expression of interest must be presented in 03 copies, one original and 02 copies, placed in one external envelope, anonymous, sealed and carrying the following mentions in CAPITAL LETTERS:

The internal envelope must carry the name and address of the candidate.

The candidature file of the call for the expression of interest must be deposited in a period of 30 days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem. The stamp of General Order Office of the Executive Management put on the envelope makes faith. The files received beyond the deadline shall be non-receivable.

If the deadline coincided a day off or a legal day of rest, the deposit shall be extended to the following workday.

In case of an extension of deadline, it shall be published in the Baosem.

For all request of clarification, please address the Executive Directorate of Strategy, Planification and Economy, 10 days before the deadline of the candidature files submission.

The candidates whose files have been rejected shall be informed by writing.

The result of the call for the expression of interest shall be published in the Baosem.
