National and International Restricted Preselection N°01/ TTA/ DC /2020 for Aircraft Charter in ACMI Mode and/ or WET LEASE

Tassili Travail Aérien Company issues a national and International Restricted preselection in 05 batches, concerning:

Preselecting providers for short-listing for the needs of Tassili Travail Aérien.Spa in aircraft charter/

Batch n° 01: Jet plane from 06 to 19 seats passenger version and/ or MEDEVAC (Air-Ambulance);

Batch n° 01: Pressurized twin-engine airplane from 18 to 19 seats;

Batch n° 03: Non-pressurized twin-engine airplane (turbo propulsor) of type STOL (Short takeoff and landing) from 18 to 19 seats;

Batch n° 04: Mono and/ or twin- turbine helicopters for all types of helicopter works;

Batch n° 05: Airplane for phytosanitary treatment and forest fire fighting.

The candidates authorized to tender are the aerial work companies holding operating permits.

The candidates may submit for one or many batches.

The preselection dossier may be withdrawn, by a person duly authorized by the aerial work company holding operating permits, at the following address:

at the tenderer request, the preselection dossier is available in electronic format.

In this preselction, the offers must be placed in a sealed envelope, anonymous and with no price indication, and must be submitted in a delay of 25 days after publication this preselection in the Baosem, at the address:

The tenderers using the services of express courier companies must ensure that their service provider delivers a completely anonymous letter to Tassili Travail Aérien, if necessary, deleting any indication on the outer envelope relating to the sender.

The offers’ opening is intended on the workday following the offers’ submission deadline, at the address: Tassili Travail Aérien, Secrétariat de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis, Route de Oued Smar BP 78H Dar El Beida Alger

The tenderers are invited to attend the offers’ opening, duly provided with a warrant.

All offers received beyond the deadline shall be rejected.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as from the date of the offers’ opening.
