N°03/DC/TAL/2018 for Cargo Aircraft Chartering in ACMI Mode
Tassili Airlines Company issues a national and international restricted preselection of the air companies and Brokers.
This preselction notice concerns the preselction of service suppliers to be shortlisted for Tassili Airlines needs in the matter of cargo aircrafts chartering.
In this preselection dossier, the tenderer may submit for one or many planes in compliance with the eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Annex 1, and this is for the different types of cargo intended by the international nomenclature (Light, medium, heavy, oversize).

On the tenderer’s request, the preselection dossier is available in electronic format.
In this preselection, the offers shall be put in the same envelope, anonymous and with no reference to the price, and must be submitted on December, 10th 2018 at 13h00 utmost, at the address: Tassili Airlines, Secrétariat de la Commission des Ouvertures des Plis, Route de Oued Smar BP 319 DAR EL BEIDA –Alger.
The offer must contain:
The technical offer
The submission letter in compliance with the sample attached to Annex 03;
The Administrative file;
The Technical offers’ file of the tenderer in compliance with the technical criteria detailed in Annex 01.
Tenderers using the services of express courier companies must ensure that their service provider delivers to Tassili Airlines a completely anonymous cover by erasing any information on the outer envelope relating to the shipper.
The offers’ opening is intended on December, 10th 2018 at 13h00, at the Address: Tassili Airlines, Secrétariat de la Commission d’Ouvertures des Plis, Route de Oued Smar BP 319 Dar El Beida Alger.
The tenderers are invited to attend to the offers’ opening duly accompany by a warranty.
Every offer received out of delay shall be rejected.
The tenderers keep bound to their tenders for a period of 120 days as from the technical tenders’ submissions deadline.
