To the preselection of suppliers for the supply of: AUTOMATIC CAGE VALVE

The Prequalification File can be collected from the address at the 24 Corso Route Boudouaou, W. Boumerdes 35000, and no later than (30) thirty days from the date of publication of this notice prequalification on BAOSEM, by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (1,000.00 DA) thousand Algerian dinars, for Algerian candidates, payment will be made by transfer to GCB BEA bank account N ° 002 00111 1112200044/27 Boumerdes II branch, and (10 €) Ten Euros for foreign applicants to GCB BEA bank account N ° 002000 82 82 120 000 11-92 Rouiba EL KENZ branch.

Applicants must submit only the technical offer, accompanied by the administrative and fiscal documents mentioned in the specifications.

For technical offers, without any indication of price must be delivered in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the following address:

The candidates are authorized to tender by a single technical offer itself.

The technical offers will be opened and evaluated by an ad-hoc commission created for this purpose

The technically selected candidates will be short lists and consulted for all the services covered by this prequalification.

The shortlisted candidates will remain engaged by their offer for a period of three (03) years from the date of insertion of the results at BAOSEM.

N.B: GCB reserves the right to terminate the call for tenders process at any stage for reasons of which it remains the sole judge.
