Paru au BAOSEM N°2273 du 27/06/2024, que ce dernier a été attribué provisoirement à la société HESP Spa (Halliburton Entreprise de Services Pétrolier) pour un montant de : Quatre cent dix-neuf millions deux cent vingt-deux mille neuf cent soixante-trois Dinars Algérien et soixante et un centimes (419 222 963,61 DZD), en toutes taxes comprises hormis la TVA.
Durée du contrat : Trente-six (36) mois
