Le GROUPEMENT Reggane, une association constituée entre les compagnies SONATRACH – S.P.A, REPSOL EXPLORACION ARGELIA, S.A., Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH et Edison Reggane S.P.A et agissant en tant qu’opérateur pour le développement et exploitation du champ Reggane Nord et plus précisément le bloc 351C, situés dans la région de Reggane, à 1500 km au sud-ouest d’Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres à la Concurrence National et International Ouvert Ref. CFB-0311-21 portant sur :

LA PRESTATION DE WIRELINE SERVICES POUR LE GROUPEMENT REGGANE NORD.

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°1892 du 14/06/2021, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

WESTERN ATLAS INTERNATIONAL. Pour un montant total de 1.333.863,25 USD pour une durée contractuelle de base de trente-six (36) mois.

Critère de choix : offre financière la moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès du GROUPEMENT Reggane, dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis de publication dans le BAOSEM. Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

The Reggane Groupement, an association formed by SONATRACH – S.PA, REPSOL, Wintershall Dea Algeria GmbH and Edison Reggane S.P.A, as an operator for the development and operation of the Reggane Nord field, and more specifically Block 351C, located in the Reggane region, 1500 km south-west of Algiers inform all Bidders who participated on the Open National and International Call for Tender Ref. CFB-0311-21 related to:

PROVISION OF PROVISION OF WIRELINE SERVICES FOR GROUPEMENT REGGANE

Published in BAOSEM N ° 1892 of 14/06/2021, that the contract was provisionally awarded to Bidder:

WESTERN ATLAS INTERNATIONAL. for a total amount of 1.333.863,25 USD for a contract duration of thirty-six (36) months.

Selection criteria: the lowest financial offer among the technically accepted offers.

Any Bidder who disputes this choice may lodge an appeal with GROUPEMENT Reggane, within five (5) working days of the date of publication of this notice of publication in BAOSEM. After this period, no appeal will be admissible.
