AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT
Conformément à la décision N°38/DG référencée E-025 R3 du 19 Janvier 2023, portant procédure de Passation des Contrats, la Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Direction Maintenance Laghouat, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Avis d’Appel d’Offres National Ouvert N° 10/TRC-MNT-MNL-ADM/2023-EXP, paru dans le BAOSEM N°2167 du 23/08/2023 portant :
Prestations d’entretien Bâtiment de la MNL.
Que le contrat ait été attribué provisoirement, à l’issue des travaux de la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis (Offres Financières) du 23/01/2024, au soumissionnaire dont les Offres Financières ont été déclarées les moins disants comme suit ;

Cinquante-Deux Millions Trois Cent Quarante-Trois Mille Dinars Algériens en hors TVA, soit 52 343 000,00 DA en hors TVA.

إشعار بمنح مؤقت لعقد
طبقا للقرار رقم 38 / م ع المسمى E-025 R3، المؤرخ في 19 جانفي 2023 والمتعلق بإجراءات منح العقود لسوناطراك. تعلم مديرية الصيانة بالأغواط - التابعة للشركة الوطنية سوناطراك، نشاط النقل عبر الأنابيب - السادة العارضين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الوطنية المفتوحة رقم N°10/TRC-MNT-MNL-ADM/2023-EXP المنشورة في BAOSEM عدد رقم 2167 بتاريخ 23/08/2023 والتي تخص: خدمات صيانة المباني لمديرية الصيانة الأغواط
أنه بعد إتمام أشغال لجنة فتح العروض المالية بتاريخ 23/01/2024، قد تم رسو العقد مؤقتاً على العارض الذي اقترح أقل ثمن.

بمبلغ اثنان وخمسون مليون وثلاثة مئة وثلاثة واربعون ألف دينار جزائري بدون الرسم على القيمة المضافة 52 343 000,00 دج بدون رسوم على القيمة المضافة.
يمكن للمتنافسين الذين يعترضون على الاختيار الذي تم اتخاذه، الطعن فيه في غضون خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر هذا الإشعار.
