AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE MARCHE

La société par actions Tahlyat Myah Magtaa « TMM SPA » informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Restreint National et International n°006/DT/TMM/2021 portant « Prestations d’études, de Conseils, de Suivi des ingénieries EPC, de la sélection de l’Entrepreneur et de l’Exploitant et de la Gestion des Activités EPC des Travaux de Réhabilitation de l’Usine de dessalement d’eau de mer de Magtaa 500 000 M3/J », paru sur  le BAOSEM sous le  n°1887 du 31/05/2021, que ledit marché est attribué  provisoirement au Soumissionnaire «  Le Groupement DAR-DAR Alger » : Offre Financière moins disante.

Les Soumissionnaires à l’Appel d'Offres précité ont la possibilité d'introduire, auprès du Secrétariat Technique des Marchés « STM » de TMM SPA, un recours accompagné d’un exposé des motifs, dans un délai de rigueur de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent Avis d’Attribution sur le BAOSEM.

Provisional Contract Awarding

The joint stock Company “Tahlyat Myah Magtaa” (TMM. Spa) informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 006/DT/TMM/2021, regarding:

Supply of services of studies, council, EPC engineering follow-up, selecting entrepreneur and exploitation and managing the EPC activities of the rehabilitation works of the seawater desalination factory of Magtaa 500 000 M3/d

Published in the Baosem n° 1887 of May, 31^st 2021, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer “Le Groupement DAR-DAR Alger”: the lower offering financial tender.

The rest of the tenderers that are concerned by this invitation to tender may introduce recourse, nearby:
