Appel d’Offres National Ouvert N°14/MOG/INA/2025
La Société Nationale pour la Recherche, la Production, le Transport, la Transformation et la Commercialisation des hydrocarbures, dénommée SONATRACH SPA, Activité Exploration-Production, Division Production, Direction Régionale d’In-Amenas, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National Ouvert N°14/MOG/INA/2025 ayant pour objet: «Prestations d’entretien des espaces verts au niveau de la Direction Régionale In Amenas», que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ETS BEN DAAS, dont le montant de l'offre s'élève à Six Cent Quarante et Un Millions Deux Cent Quatre Vingt Sept Mille Cinq Cent Vingt Dinar Algerien et Soixante Dix Huit Centime en Toute Taxe Comprise (641 287 520 .78 DA en TTC).
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent ladite attribution provisoire du contrat peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) Jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la parution du présent avis au BAOSEM, et ce auprès de la Structure Contractante, à savoir :
