La Société Nationale SONATARCH, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie RA2K -Skikda, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’Appel d’Offres National Ouvert N°02/MOG/EXP/RA2K/2025, paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2357 du 25/02/2025 relatif aux Prestations D’hygiène, Entretien Général Des Locaux Et Espaces Verts De La Raffinerie RA2K – SKIKDA
que le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SARL BOUCHAKOUR – SKIKDA, pour un montant de Soixante et Un Millions Cent Quatre Vingt Sept Mille et Six Cent Soixante Dinars Algériens et Quatre Vingt Seize Centimes en Hors Taxes (61 187 660,96 DA/HT).Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante, peuvent introduire un recours, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis auprès de l’adresse suivante :
