La Société Nationale pour la Recherche, la Production, le Transport, la Transformation et la Commercialisation des hydrocarbures, dénommée SONATRACH SPA, Activité Exploration-Production, Division Production, Direction Régionale d’In-Amenas, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel D’offres National Restreint N°13 / INFRA / INA / 2024
ayant pour objet : « Prestations Maintenance des installations électriques des infrastructures avec Fourniture de Pièces de Rechange à la Direction Régionale d’In-Amenas », que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant cité ci-après :
SARL GLOBI CORP ALGERIA pour un montant de : Cent seize million six cent trente-huit mille neuf cent cinquante Dinars Algériens en Toutes Taxes Comprises Hormis la TVA (116 638 950,00 DA) en TTC hormis la TVA.
Délai de réalisation du Contrat : vingt-quatre (24) Mois.
Critère de choix : Offre conforme moins disante.
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent ladite attribution provisoire du contrat peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) Jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la parution du présent avis au BAOSEM, et ce auprès de la Structure Contractante, à savoir :

المتعلقة: صيانة التركيبات الكهربائية للبنية التحتية مع توريد قطع الغيار للمديرية الجهوية إن أمناس
أنه تم منح العقد مؤقتا للمترشح: SARL GLOBI CORP ALGERIA بمبلغ قدره:
مئة وستة عشرة مليوناً وستة مئة وثمانية وثلاثون ألفاً وتسعة مئة وخمسون دينار جزائري (116 638 950,00) بكل الرسوم دون احتساب القيمة المضافة.
مدة العقد: أربعة وعشرون) 24 (شهرا
يجوز لمقدمي العروض الذين يعترضون على منح العقد المؤقت المذكور تقديم استئناف خلال خمسة (05) أيام مفتوحة
