Algerian Tramways Operating Company abbreviated as "SETRAM spa", launches a National and International Open invitation to Tender regarding :

PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE TRACK GRINDING AND REPROFILING SERVICES (RAILS AND SWITCHES) FOR TRAMWAY LINES IN ALGERIA

The Invitation to Tender is opened to any company qualified in the field of grinding and reprofiling of railroad track (rails and switches).

For local tenderers :

The specifications referenced DG-PAF-CDC-0021-B specifying the terms of tender may be withdrawn from the address below against presentation of a copy of the trade register and signed mandate for the authorized representative, as well as payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Dinars 10,000.00 DZD non-refundable.

For foreign tenderers:

Payment shall be made by transfer of the equivalent of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000 DZD/TTC) in convertible Algerian currency, to the credit of the company's current bank account, whose bank references are given below:

The Company undertakes to send to the tenderers who have paid, a copy of the specifications, by email or any other means of communication. Only tenderers who have paid for the specifications will be able to respond to the AONI.

Tenders accompanied by the regulatory documents in accordance with the specifications must be submitted to the above address.

The submission deadline of the offers is fixed on July 08^th 2023 from 8:00 to 12:00.

The tenders opening will take place in public session, on the day of the offers submission at 13:00, at the General Management of SETRAM located at the above address. If the date of submission offers and tenders opening coincides with a public holiday or legal rest day, the submission tender and opening will take place at the same time on the next working day.
