The Company SONATRACH- Activity RPC – Petrochemicals Division - Complex CP2K B.P N°237 Z.I SKIKDA fax: 038-94.07.16 lances an Open invitation to tender National and international for:  procurement of supplies for the renovation of the complex’s piping system in 05 lots

LOT NO. 1: SUBJECT PIPING TO REGULATION

LOT NO. 2: NON-SUBSCRIPTION PIPING TO REGULATION

LOT NO. 3: SUBJECT VALVES TO REGULATION TO REGULATION

LOT NO. 4: NON-SUBSCRIPTION VALVES TO REGULATION

LOT NO. 5: NON-SUBSCRIPTION SPECIAL ITEMS TO REGULATION

The Tender File can be withdrawn from the markets Department - Complex CP2K ZI BP 237 SKIKDA 21000 or requested via e-mail CP2K.SPM@sonatrach.dz no later than forty five (45) days from the date of publication of the DAO to BAOSEM, against presentation of a copy of the trade register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of three Thousand (3,000.00) Dinars for national bidders, i.e. a counterpart twenty-five (25) Euros for foreign bidders.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier must be established in the name of the tenderer.

The mode of tender in only one stage applies to the present Invitation to tender. 

To the title of this Invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold being marked " not to open ", with the address:

The interior envelope must carry the name and the address of the tenderer. 

The technical offers are supplied with a bid bond, presented in a separate envelope of an amount of: 

For local bidders:

Lot n°1 : Nine hundred thousand Algerian dinars (900 000,00DA)

Lot n°2 : Four hundred and fifty thousand Algerian Dinars (450 000,00DA)

 Lot n°3 : Six hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (600 000,00DA)

Lot n°4 : Four hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (400 000,00 DA)

Lot n°5 : Three hundred and fifty thousand Algerian Dinars (350 000,00DA)  

For foreign bidders:

Lot n°1 : Six thousand euros (6 000,00 €).

Lot n°2 : Three thousand euros. (3 000,00 €).

 Lot n°3 : Four Thousand euros (4 000,00 €).

Lot n°4 : Three thousand euros. (3 000,00€).

Lot n°5 : Two thousand five hundred euros(2 500,00€).

The period of validity is equal to that of the offers, that is to say A hundred and Four Twenty (180) days   supplied with an additional time 30 calendar days. 

The tender guarantee can be given by interested candidates on the day when the technical offers are opened.

Bidders are allowed to bid for one lot or for several lots.

The submission of tenders will be not later than sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.

If the tender submission falls on a holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday); the deadline for submission of tenders shall be extended until the first working day (working) following

The seal of the office of a general nature (BOG) of complex CP2K affixed on the fold, will be taken, the deadline is 3:30 p.m.

The folds containing the technical offers are open in the presence of or of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it with the meeting of opening of the folds which will take place with the address Complex CP2K BP 237-SKIKDA

The tenderers having withdrawn the tender documents will be invited, by Fax, to attend the meeting of opening of the folds.

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed at the opening and examination of financial bids to be held on the date meeting representatives, the happiness and at the address mentioned in the invitation addressed only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the tender dossier.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for One hundred eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the date of opening the offers.
