SONATRACH, Direction Corporate Business Development & Marketing, launches a notice of call for pre-qualification for the selection of candidates to:

Provide valuation and technology due diligence services in the following areas of expertise:

Oil & Gas

Renewable energies

Hydrogen and its derivatives

Candidates may apply for one or more of the above-listed areas of expertise and must clearly indicate the area(s) in which they request to be pre-qualified in their application letter.

Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the pre-qualification document and is open to all potentially qualified and eligible candidates in one or more of the areas of expertise referred to above.

Interested candidates meeting the requirements of this call for pre-qualification notice are invited to request the pre-qualification document by e-mail, upon the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, to the following email address, attached to a legal document attesting to their activity:

Applications shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, in three (3) copies, one original in paper format and two copies in electronic format, and sent by post or hand- delivered to the following address:

The external envelope shall be anonymous and bear only the following indications:

Only the internal envelopes will bear the candidate's acronym, company name and address, allowing the contracting structure to return the unopened sealed envelope if received “after the deadline”.

Applications must be received by SONATRACH at the specified address no later than Forty-Five (45) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM (date of publication included).

If the deadline falls on a public holiday or weekend (Friday and Saturday), the submission deadline will be the first business day thereafter.

Candidates who have withdrawn the pre-qualification document may send a request for clarification to the above e-mail address at least Ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of applications, and SONATRACH will reply to all candidates.

Applications must be submitted to the above address from Sunday to Thursday between 9.00 and 15.00 (Algerian local time).

Applications will be opened and evaluated in the absence of the candidates. The pre-qualified candidates will be included in a list of potential and qualified candidates (short-list) which will be published in the BAOSEM.

The pre-qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the selective consultations that will be launched under this pre-qualification.
