NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

REF: N°07-DBD-TTA-2025

FOR ACMI (AIRCRAFT, CREW, MAINTENANCE AND INSURANCE) LEASING OF ONE (01) HELICOPTER FOR LIVE LINE INSULATORS CHAINS WASHING

TASSILI TRAVAIL AÉRIEN Spa (TTA Spa), an aerial work company and subsidiary of SONATRACH, is hereby launching this National and International Call for Tenders for the:

Provision of Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance (ACMI) services for a specialized helicopter dedicated to live line glass-tempered insulator chain washing.

This tender notice concerns a three (03) years campaign for cleaning insulator strings, covering the years 2026, 2027, and 2028, with four (04) months allocated for each campaign.

Eligible bidders are air companies holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Area of operation : North of Algeria.
