PROVISION OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE 2026 DRILLING CAMPAIGN AT MLN 405a FIELD, ALGERIA
Following the publication of the National Invitation to Tender in BAOSEM for the “Provision of Customs Clearance and Transportation Services for the 2026 Drilling Campaign at MLN 405a Field, Algeria”, interested and qualified companies are hereby invited to request the Invitation to Tender (ITT)/Tender Documents.
Requests for withdrawal of the tender documents shall be submitted by email to the following addresses:

Companies requesting the tender documents must meet the following minimum requirements and provide supporting documentation:
Valid Trade Register covering customs brokerage and transportation activities
Valid Customs Broker License
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Algeria, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
The company must not be blacklisted by Sonatrach
The deadline for requesting the Tender Documents is twenty-eight (28) days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.
The deadline for submission of bids is forty-two (42) days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.
Only companies meeting the above requirements will be eligible to receive the Tender Documents.
