PROVISION OF DOWNHOLE TOOLS & FISHING SERVICES FOR RKF2.0 REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi-Messaoud, publishes a Restricted National & International Tender addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate capabilities, with proven similar previous job experience, to provide equipment and personnel to fulfil the scope of the tender for :

The provision of downhole tools & fishing services for rkf2.0 redevelopment project.

The Call for Tenders will be in ONE (01) phase,(Technical and Commerciale),

Tenderers that are interested by this Call for Tenders can withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions by sending an e-mail request to the addresses indicated here below:

Requirements to Tenderers to receive the CFT Package:

Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Tenderer and the full name and the position of the person entitled to withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions.

For the International companies, to provide the C20 certificate of existence.

Provide a copy of the commercial register with the activity code(s) corresponding to the subject of the Call for Tenders and constituting their main activity.

Provide a minimum of three (03) years of experience in the scope of work related to the CFT.

Provide a minimum of five (05) letters of reference, justifying professional references in similar scopes of works.

Tenderer shall have a local base in Hassi Messaoud (Algeria) and a complete laboratory (Hassi Messaoud and Rig Site). Also, Tenderer shall have availability of equipment to cover a 2nd Rig operation if needed.

State that Tenderers do not have any kind of ongoing litigation with SONATRACH/CEPSA and/or GRKF, alone or in the context of a partnership. This condition also applies to parent companies and subsidiaries.

Additionally, Tenderers shall sign and return the Tender Acknowledgement Letter and the Confidentiality Agreement Form, as soon as practical and no later than seven (07) days after reception of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions as per the instructions to Tenderers included inside. Failure to comply with the above may invalidate the process.

The Closing Time and Date for receipt of technical in response to this Call for Tenders is 17:00hrs (local Algeria Time GMT+1) Twenty-Eight (28) calendar days after the date of Tender publication in BAOSEM.
