RESTRICTED NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

In Amenas and In Salah Gas Associations formed by Sonatrach-Eni and Equinor issue a national and international restricted Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the:

PROVISION OF ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND SITE ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES

This ITT is open to duly qualified companies with proven experience in the field, having a trade register consistent with the purpose of this ITT, and recognized references for this type of services.

Only companies that demonstrate the required legal, technical, and financial capabilities and meet the following minimum requirements (prerequisites) may participate in this ITT: -

- Having an establishment in Algeria or one in progress,

- Having carried out Engineering & Procurement (E&P) projects with an annual minimum portfolio value equivalent to $35 million over the last 5 years,

- Having international procurement capabilities,

- Having carried out in-house FEED studies and Detailed Design for Flowlines, Wells Hook-Up, CPF Facilities Modifications and Remote Location Camps within previous 5 years.

- Having ability to conduct various types of engineering studies in-house.

Companies interested in this ITT are invited to request and receive, free of charge, electronic copy of the tender package from the Contracts Department of In Salah Gas and In Amenas Associations by sending an e-mail, or other means, to the address below which must be supported by the following documents: -

- A request for withdrawal of the ITT package signed by the authorized person.

- A copy of the Trade Register with the appropriate activity codes.

- Proof of the prerequisites mentioned above.

In Amenas and In Salah Gas Associations reserve the right to verify presented documents

Bid reception deadline is set 45 calendar days from the first date of publication of this ITT in the BAOSEM. The publication date is to be considered in the calculation of the deadline for receipt of bids.

Any bid received after the deadline will be considered null and void. The stamp of In Amenas Association is the only factor determining the date and time of receipt.

Tenderers will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of bids.
