Subject: PROVISION OF ENGINEERING & TECHNICAL STUDIES FOR MLN FIELD BLOCK 405A
Tenderers Interested in the open national Invitation to Tender for Pre-Qualification No: 2409 (24), entitled: "Supply of Engineering and Technical Study Services for Block 405A of MLN Field", published in the BAOSEM No. 2251, dated 22/04/2024, are hereby informed that the deadline for the submission of Pre-Qualification documents, initially set for Friday, 11/05/2024, is extended for Ten (10) days, continuously with no disruption, until Tuesday, 21/05/2024, before 6:00 PM.
In addition to the extension of the deadline for the submission of pre-qualification documents, we would like to inform tenderers that this pre-qualification is now open for international companies.
The required documentation for International Compagnies is as follows:
The letter of interest must carry the name of the tenderer, the detailed address of the tenderer with the phone number, email address (Principal) and an alternative email address of the person in charge of tenders.
A scanned copy of the trade register.
Summary of the last Five (05) years’ professional references, justified by good execution certificates, delivered by satisfied clients in Oil and Gas industry (preferably with Algerian companies/Joint Ventures/Groupement/Association references). Any reference letter/testimonial provided without a clear testimonial shall not be considered.
A scanned copy of the Tax Identification Number.
Certified accounts/finance balance sheets for the last Three (03) previous years and RAT (Result Accounts Table).
The rest of the bulletin shall remain unchanged.
