TENDER Nº GHBR-23-027

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), as the Operator for the conduct and the execution of the joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP for the exploitation period in Hassi Bir Rekaiz permit in Blocks 443a, 424a, 414ext & 415ext located in El Oued/Ouargla region approximately 250 km (road distance) from Hassi Messaoud, issues a national and international invitation to tender for:

Tenderers interested to this invitation to tender are invited to request the Tender Package to the e-mail address below:

Tenderers shall request the Tender Package from Procurement & Contracts Department by submitting the following documents:

- Letter of request for the Tender Package duly signed and stamped by Tenderer which shall include contact details

- Notarized Trade / Commercial Registration Certificate for the relevant scope of services.

Tenderers are required to confirm its intention to participate or decline the tender within Seven (7) days after receipt of Tender Package. Only Tenderers who confirmed to participate will be issued tender bulletins during the tendering period.

The mode of submission of Tender (Technical & Commercial Proposals) shall be in a single stage strictly following the procedures specified in the Instructions to Tenderer.

The deadline for receipt of Tenders shall be Thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Invitation to Tender in BAOSEM with the release date included in the calculation of the deadline for receipt of offers.

Any tenders received after the deadline for receipt of tenders will be considered null and void. GHBR’s stamp is the only factor determining the time of receipt.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their bid proposal for a period of Eight (8) months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
