RESULT NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR A SELECTIVE CONSULTATION

N° RPC/DEV/ETD/FEED-PMC LUB-VCE/01/2025

PROVISION OF FEED STUDIES, PROCESS LICENSES ACQUISITION AND PMC SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS:

Project 1: Construction of a Group II and III Base Oil Production Unit at Arzew Refinery (RA1Z)

Project 2: Development of a Petrochemical Complex for Ethylene Production in the Skikda Industrial Zone

The National Company SONATRACH/Refining and Petrochemical Activity/Development Division informs all candidates who responded to the National and International Pre-qualification Notice N° RPC/DEV/ETD/FEED-PMC LUB-VCE/01/2025, for:

FEED Studies, Process License Acquisition, and PMC Services for the following projects:

Project 1: Construction of a Base Oil Production Unit (Group II & III) at Arzew Refinery (RA1Z),

Project 2: Construction of a Petrochemical Complex for Ethylene Production in the Industrial Zone of Skikda

Published in BAOSEM N° 2414 dated 12/08/2025, and following the extension of deadlines published in BAOSEM N°2425 dated 11/09/2025, it is hereby announced that, after the opening and evaluation of the pre-qualification applications, the following companies have been shortlisted:

1. Wood Italiana S.r.l
2. China HuanQiu Contracting & Engineering Co.,Ltd. (HQC)
3. Tecnicas Reunidas
4. Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries (ENPPI)

Candidates wishing to contest the results of the above-mentioned International Pre-qualification Notice may file an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice.
