Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi-Messaoud, publishes a Restrained National & International Tender addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate capabilities, with proven similar previous job experience, to provide equipment and personnel to fulfil the scope of the tender for

Provision of Hydraulic Fracturing Services.

The Call for Tenders will be in one (01) phase (Technical and Commercial).

The withdrawal of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions is subject to the following conditions:

• Provide a copy of the registration form or trade register.
• Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Tenderer and the full name and the position of the person entitled to withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions.
• For the International companies, to provide the C20 certificate of existence.
• Provide a document proving a minimum of five (05) years of experience in Algeria and/or abroad in the field of Hydraulic Fracturing.

Additionally, Tenderers shall sign and return the Tender Acknowledgement Letter and the Confidentiality Agreement Form, as soon as practical and no later than seven (7) days after reception of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions as per the instructions to Tenderers included inside.

Failure to comply with the above may invalidate the process.

The Closing Time and Date for receipt of technical and commercial in response to this Call for Tenders is 17:00hrs (local Algeria Time GMT+1) twenty-eight (28) calendar days after the date of Tender publication in BAOSEM.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of bids.
