Sonatrach-Eni-Equinor Association ‘’In Salah Gas’’ & “In Amenas”, issues a National and International Opened competitive tendering regarding:

PROVISION OF INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Are invited to participate in this invitation to tender, only specialized companies with recognized professional references in the field.

Bidders shall be a current established national or international companies which have experience in the provision of integrity management support services

Companies interested by the present invitation to tender, may request the electronic copy of the ITT package, free of charge, from its publication in the BAOSEM against transmittal of a copy of their registration form/trade register with the appropriate activity codes and a request signed by the authorized person with their contact details by email to the following mail address:

The SH-Eni-Equinor Associations reserve the right to authenticate the provided documents.

Tenderers must submit, in a single-stage tender, at the same time established a separate, technical offer, without any reference to the price, and a financial offer containing the price proposal and supporting documents listed in the regularly specifications.

The technical and the financial tenders, established separately, must be lodged simultaneously, under double envelope rely in one sealed envelop to the address mentioned above.

Envelopes inside the envelopes containing the technical tenders and the financial tenders, shall be anonymous without header, footer or logo and shall include the following information:

The outer envelop of the envelopes containing the technical and financial tenders should be anonymous, without header or logo and shall include the following information:

The deadline of the tenders’ reception is fixed to Forty four (45) calendar days at 18:00 PM from the date of publication of the hereby notice in the BAOSEM.

In the event that the closing date coincides with Algerian public holiday and/or a legal rest day, the bids will be deposited the next business day.

Any bid received after the deadline shall be considered null and void.

All costs incurred by the bidder for the preparation of the bid are the sole responsibility of the bidder.

The tenders opening and their evaluations shall be made by internal contract panel of In Salah Gas & In Amenas Associations without the presence of the tenderers.
