 NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN CALL FOR TENDER

Groupement TouatGaz, an association between Sonatrach and GDF Suez E&P Touat BV, with its head office at Zone Industrielle N° 1, Oued Zine, Adrar (Algérie), is issuing a competitive national and international CALL FOR TENDER (request for proposals) for:  

THE PROVISION OF INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES FOR GROUPEMENT TOUAT GAZ

TouatGaz is a joint venture between the companies Sonatrach and GDF SUEZ E & P Touat BV responsible for the development and exploitation of nine gas fields in southern Algeria.

MOST IMPORTANT: This notice concerns only specialised companies with references recognised in the business of international freight forwarding.

In the case of companies with the same owners/directors or participation and/or interest in common (such as, but not limited to, Association, Groupement, partnership, common shareholders,                       sub-contractor…), only one tender will be acceptable. If two or more of such companies tender separately, all of their tenders will be rejected.

Bidders interested in the present invitation to tender may withdraw the RFP package, at no cost, on request by email and against the presentation of an authenticated scanned copy of their company registration and/or trade register to the following E-mail addresses:

The bidding mode in one stage applies to the present invitation to tender. The technical bids, without any price indication, and the commercial bids must be submitted at the same time, in two separate envelopes put inside same outer envelope.

The deadline for withdrawal or issuance of tender documents is 21 days from the date of publication of the notice of tender in the BAOSEM, date of publication not included.

The closing date for submission of proposals is thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the present announcement in the BAOSEM, the date of publication being excluded from this period.

Any proposals received after 5.00 PM (Algeria Local Time) on the day of the deadline will be rejected.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
 

Any tender costs and/or additional document expenses incurred by the bidder during the withdrawal, preparation and submission of the tender shall be fully born by tenderer who shall have no recourse to the Groupement TouatGaz in this respect.
