The SH-BP-Equinor Association reserves the right to authenticate the provided documents.

Bidders must submit, in a single step, at the same time established a separate, technical bid, without any reference to the price, and a financial bid containing the price proposal and supporting documents listed in the regularly specifications.

The technical and the financial bids, established separately, must be lodged simultaneously, double envelope rely in one sealed envelop to the address mentioned above.

Envelopes inside the envelopes containing the technical bids and the financial bids, shall be anonymous without header or logo and shall include the following information

The deadline of the bids’ reception is fixed to forty-five (45) days calendar from the first publication of the hereby notice in the BAOSEM.

Each bid received after the day of closing date shall be considered null and void.

The opening bids and their evaluations shall be made by internal contract panel of In Salah Gas et In Amenas Associations without the presence of the bidders
