Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi-Messaoud, publishes a Restrained International Tender addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate capabilities, with proven similar previous job experience, to provide equipment and personnel to fulfil the scope of the tender for the provision of logistic services (international freight forwarder).
The Call for Tenders will be in one (01) phase (Technical and Commercial).

The withdrawal of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions is subject to the following conditions:
Provide a copy of the registration form or trade register.
Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Tenderer and the full name and the position of the person entitled to withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions.
The tenderer must have a main principal HUB and/or a logistics control tower located in Marseille - France.
Furthermore, bidders must sign and return the Tender Acknowledgement Letter, as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) days after receiving the Tender Documents, in accordance with the instructions to bidders included in the tender documentation. Failure to comply with the above may result in the invalidation of the offer.
Bidders are invited to submit their offers according to the conditions specified in the Tender Documents
The deadline for submission of offers is set at twenty-eight (28) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
Any offer received after 17:00 (local time, Algeria GMT+1) on the deadline date shall be considered null and void.
Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of (180) days from the offer submission deadline.
