In Amenas Association formed by Sonatrach-Eni and Equinor issues a national and international open call for tenders for :

PROVISION OF NITROGEN INERTING AND HELIUM LEAK TESTING SERVICES.

This open national and international tender applies only to companies having a trade Licence complying with the subject tender services and having references for this kind of services.

Companies interested in this Invitation To Tender (ITT) are invited to request, free of charge, electronic copy of the tender package from the Contracts Department of In Amenas Association by sending an e-mail to the address below which must be supported by the following documents: -

- A request for withdrawal of the ITT package signed by the authorized person.

- A copy of the Trade Register with the appropriate activity codes.

This call for tenders will take place in a single-stage tender. Tenderers must submit their technical and commercial offers at the same time, each in a separate envelope. The two envelopes must be placed in a strictly anonymous double sealed envelope as described in the ITT package.

Technical offers must make no reference to prices, otherwise they will be rejected. These offers must be accompanied by the administrative documents required in the ITT package.

Bid reception deadline is set 45 calendar days from the first date of publication of this ITT in the BAOSEM. The publication date is to be considered in the calculation of the deadline for receipt of bids.

Any bid received after the deadline will be considered null and void. The stamp of In Amenas Association is the only factor determining the date and time of receipt.

Tenderers will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of bids.
