PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach, “The Association” managed by the legislative decree N°- 2004- 423- 424- 426-427 of December, 22nd 2004, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria,

launches a national open tender Nº. 2408 A (24) related to:

PROVISION OF NON ROUTINE CIVIL WORK SUPPORT SERVICES FOR MLN FIELD BLOCK 405A

The provision of manpower, equipment & material to support non-routine & essential Civil Work Construction services, focusing on the civil infrastructure and structures, including buildings, foundations, roads, runway, well platform, evaporation pond, fences and other civil engineering works at MLN Bloc 405a, located in Berkine Basin, at 275km South East of Hassi Messaoud for the support of Association Sonatrach/ PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi’s daily operations (Company).

Company invites tenderers interested by the current free electronic Invitation to tender (ITT) to manifest their interest by sending by e-mail, to the below provided addresses, the following documents:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person;

A copy of the trade register containing the mandatory activity codes:

102201 Construction of production facilities of hydrocarbon

109209 Roads and runways construction

109211 Major public & hydraulic works

This invitation to tender is a one stage process which requires tenderers to submit both the Technical and Commercial proposals at once, before the set deadline.

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality, PDF format is recommended.

The deadline and time for sending the Interest letter and the trade license is Fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The deadline for Bids submission is Forty Five (45) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform (Thirty (30) days from the closing date set above for the submission of the interest letter and trade license) , at 6 pm on the last day of submission deadline, Algeria local time.

The date of publication is included in the calculation of both the above set submission deadlines.

For the interest letter and trade license sending by email, the reception date in the above mentioned email inboxes validates the tenderers participation in this invitation to tender. Any documents received beyond the set deadline shall be considered as nul and void.

For the bids submission at the SH/Pertamina address, stamp and date of good receipt of the Reception Office of SH/Pertamina Association Hassi Messaoud Base de vie, shall validate bids submission acceptance.

Any bid submitted or received by post courier at the Reception Office, after the above-mentioned deadline will be considered as null and void.

Bidders remain committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the set closing date for bids receipt.

Important Notes :

This national open tender applies only for bidders meeting the following conditions:

1) Having all trade register activity codes above mentioned;

2) Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

3) Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach;

4) All the cost incurred for the preparation of the bids documents, the shipping fees and any associated cost must be entirely a tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse to claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
