Sonatrach-Eni Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD fields), issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Provision of On-call service of technical assistance & maintenance of telemetry system installations of ROD and BRN & Satellites fields

Only companies specializing in the field are invited to this tender.

The companies that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group at: BP 475, Zone Industrielle, route d’Ouargla, Hassi Messaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algeria, in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of the trade register as well as the company’s stamp, transmit the trade register and the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope containing the two offers’ envelopes must be anonymous.

The closing date for the bid package withdrawal is 21 days at 18h00 after the publication date of this notice.

The “closing date for the tender’s receipt” is 35 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date in the Baosem is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

-This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers Having an experience of 05 years in the field (certificates for similar projects).

- The site visit is mandatory for all tenderers.
