PROVISION OF PUMPING SERVICES

Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), located in Rhourde El Khrouf, 310 km southeast of Hassi Messaoud, is launching a National & International Restricted Invitation to Tender addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate their capabilities, with proven experience in similar services, to provide equipment and personnel in line with the scope of the tender for :

Provision of Pumping Services.

The Call for Tenders will be conducted in a single (1) phase. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes.

In all cases, the withdrawal of the Tender Documents is subject to the following conditions:

- Provide a copy of the commercial registration or trade register.

- Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Bider, including the full name and position of the person authorized to collect the Tender Documents.

- For International companies, provide the Certificate of Incorporation (C20).

Furthermore, bidders must sign and return the Tender Acknowledgement Letter, as soon as possible and no later than seven (7) days after receiving the Tender Documents, in accordance with the instructions to bidders included in the tender documentation. Failure to comply with the above may result in the invalidation of the offer.

Bidders are invited to submit their offers according to the conditions specified in the Tender Documents

The deadline for submission of offers is set at (28) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Any offer received after 17:00 (local time, Algeria GMT+1) on the deadline date shall be considered null and void.

Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of (180) days from the offer submission deadline.
