SOFTWARE USING SINGLE PLATFORM SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR MLN BLOCK 405a

PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion 405A,S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31^st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1^st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, launches a national restricted tender for :

Purchase of an Integrated Reservoir Evaluation Software Using Single Platform Software System for MLN Block 405a

The Scope of Supplies includes but is not limited to the following:

Company’s intention is to acquire a single platform software system with the following capabilities:

Integrated Project Database. Centralized project file/database containing all raw and interpreted
data. Organized by discipline (geophysics, geology, petrophysics, reservoir engineering) and
includes audit trails and documentation.

Data QC and Integration Report. Summary of all data sources, QC processes, and data alignment.
Coordinate system harmonization and depth-time conversion documentation. Highlighted data
gaps and resolution methods.

Interpreted seismic horizons and fault frameworks. Seismic attribute maps and structural maps
(time and depth). Seismic-to-well tie reports and wavelet extraction.

3D static geological model (structural framework, stratigraphy, faults). Facies and lithology models.
Property models: porosity, permeability, water saturation, NTG, etc. Volumetric estimates (STOIIP,
OGIP) with uncertainty analysis.

Log interpretation results and derived curves. Core-log integration and SCAL data summaries.
Petrophysical property maps and upscaled values for modeling.

PVT and SCAL input models. Initialized dynamic model. History matching with matched well.
Production forecasts under multiple development scenarios. Recovery factor estimates and field
development recommendations.

Be able to use as tool for suggested well locations, trajectories, and completions. Field
development scenarios including infill drilling, injection schemes, EOR plans.

Use of single platform tools to ensure consistency and reduce data duplication with Standardized
Workflow Processes.

Seamless transition of data and models across disciplines. Enable smooth transfer of inputs and
outputs between modules (e.g., geophysical interpretations feeding geological models, which in
turn feed simulation).

Automation and Workflow Acceleration for all disciplines.

Worldwide technical support that provides technical support (helpdesk, on-site visits, remote
troubleshooting) with the ability to solve technical problems in maximum of five (5) days for each
technical problem.

Company, hereby, invites tenderers interested by the current free electronic Invitation to tender (ITT) to manifest their interest by sending by e-mail, to the below provided addresses, the following documents:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person;

A copy of the trade license

This invitation to tender is a one stage process, which implies that tenderers shall submit their technical and commercial proposals at one stage.

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality, PDF format is recommended.

The deadline and time for sending the Interest Letter and the trade register is Ten (10) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The deadline for bids receipt is Twenty One (21) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The date of publication is included in the calculation of both the above set submission deadlines.

For the interest letter and trade register sending by email, the reception date in the above emails inboxes validates or excludes the tenderers participation in this invitation to tender.

For bids submission, only Company reception desk stamp and date of good receipt at Company Base de vie in Hassi Messaoud, shall validate bids submission acceptance.

Any bid submitted or received by express mail or direct submission at the Reception Desk, after the above-mentioned deadline will be considered null and void.

Bidders remain committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the set closing date for bids receipt.

Important Notes :

This National restricted tender applies only for bidders meeting the following conditions:

Having a trade license or authorisation allowing tenderer to supply the product subject of this invitation to tender;

Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach and Repsol;

All the cost incurred for the preparation of the bids documents, the shipping fees and any associated cost must be entirely a tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse to claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
