NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), as the Operator for the conduct and the execution of the joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP for the exploitation period in Hassi Bir Rekaiz permit in Blocks 443a, 424a, 414ext & 415ext located in El Oued/Ouargla region approximately 250 km (road distance) from Hassi Messaoud, invites National and International companies to participate in the call for Tender for:
Provision of Slickline Services for HBR Field Operations
Companies who are interested in participating in this open call for Tender are invited to request the tender package from GHBR Procurement & Contracts Department, through the e-mail address below:

In its request for the tender package, the potential Tenderer shall submit the following documents:
- Letter of request for the tender package printed on the potential Tenderer’s letterhead with its contact details clearly stated, duly signed and stamped
- Notarized Trade/Commercial Registration Certificate for similar services
Tenderer is required to confirm its intention to submit Tender within seven (7) days after receipt of the tender package. Only companies who have confirmed to participate in the Tender will be issued the Tender Bulletins, if any, prior to the bid closing date.
The mode of submission of Tenders (Technical & Commercial Proposals) shall be in a single stage strictly following the procedures specified in the Instructions to Tenderer.
The deadline for receipt of Tenders shall be thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Invitation to Tender in BAOSEM with the closing date stated in the letter of invitation to tender.
Any tenders received after the deadline for receipt of tenders will be considered null and void. GHBR’s stamp is the only factor determining the time of receipt.
Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of eight (8) months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
