For the benefit of the project: Replacement of the SP1 Haoud el Hamra Departure Station of the STC OK1 34″

The bidding documents can be withdrawn at the following address: juridiquedep@gmail.com, via juridiquedep@gmail.com and at the latest (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice of of national and international open invitation to tender onthe BAOSEM by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of ( 5 000.00DA) five thousand Algerian Dinard. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account GCB BEA N ° 002 001111112200044/27 Boumerdes II agency for Algerian companies and (50.00€) fifty Euro for foreign bidders in the bank account of GCB BEA N ° 002 00082 8208260725 94 Rouiba EL KENZ agency. Under this Call for Tenders, technical offers without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes contained in the same anonymous closed envelope to the following address:

The technical offers must be accompanied by the submission as follows:

The deadline for withdrawing the specifications is set at 30 days from the date of publication of the call for tenders.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the following working day.

Technical offers are accompanied by a submission precaution of:

 For local suppliers:

Amount of the deposit: 700 000.00 DA

For foregin suppliers:

Amount of the deposit: 5000.00 Euro

Whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers,

i.e. One hundred and twenty (120) calendar days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The bid guarantee can be provided by interested candidates on the day of opening of technical offers.

Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of bid opening. With an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.
