BMS (Bir el Msana) Development Project

The Operator “BMS OC”, association between SONATRACH SpA and Cepsa (Rhourde el Rouni) S.L.U. Operating in Algeria in Exploration and exploitation of :Hydrocarbons in the perimeter of Rhourde El Rouni (Bloc 401C) launches a National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender for:

PROVISION OF TUBULAR RUNNING SERVICES

The Objective of this call for tenders is to engage a reputable company with full knowledge in the field of this domain with extensive experience at national or international level, and who will be able to provide high quality service.

The contractual term for this project is two (02) years and One (1) year Optional, effective date is the date of contract signature between the client BMS OC and the Contractor.

The Package of the Invitation to tender including the scope of work and instructions to bidders, as well as the draft contract, will be made available to bidders interested in this project.

The Operator OC BMS have the pleasure to invite the interested and eligible companies, specialized in this field of service, to request the Tender Package corresponding to the file (BMS-488) by email to the address indicated below against presentation of a copy for registration in the Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the subject of this call for tenders:

The deadline for reception of technical and commercial bids shall be Twenty-Eight (28) days from the date of the publication of this Call for Tender in the BAOSEM. Tenders will be delivered to the address above, in strict compliance with the instructions provided in the ITT documents. Any Offer received after that date shall be considered null and void.

The Contract will be awarded to the tenderer who obtains the best scoring in the Technical and Commercial Evaluation.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

The Tenderer must not be included in the list of companies excluded from the right to participate in SONATRACH Oil & Gas markets.

The Tenderer must have proven experience in the domain.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

All the expenses and costs related to the preparation of the submission will be for the account of the Tenderer.

The Tenderers must have Register of Commerce in conformity with the present Call for Tender.

Exercising in this type of activity and in order with the Algerian law.
