GROUPEMENT Tin Fouyé Tabenkort, acting as "Operator" on behalf of: SONATRACH, TOTAL, REPSOL, governed by Presidential Decree No. 23-351 and 23-352 of October 09, 2023 launches a restricted national and international call for tender for

" PROVISION OF WIRE LINE LOGGING SERVICES "

Tenderers interested in this National & International Restricted Call for Tender may electronically receive the tender package at no cost, by sending an e-mail to the address below with following attachments:

• A request for withdrawal of the tender package signed by the authorized person;

• A copy of the extract from the Commercial Register;

• Professional references duly justified by certificates of good performance (services of the same nature realized in past);

IMPORTANTS NOTICES :

This call for tender is only addressed to companies meeting the following conditions:

1 / Having at least 10 years of activities in the subject domain;

2 / Having presence and operational base in Algeria at least for 24 months; having performed operations of Wire Line Logging in Algeria in last 2 years;

3 / Able to provide 03 performance attestation

Tenderers must submit their technical and commercial offers at the same time, each in a separate envelope.

Both envelopes must be placed under closed outer envelope, strictly anonymous, and addressed to:

Technical offers should not contain any price indication, otherwise it leads to offer’s rejection.

The offer must be accompanied by the regulatory administrative documents required in the tender package.

SUBMISSION – DON’T OPEN

The deadline for receipt of tenders is (30) days from the date of publication of present tender notice in BAOSEM. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.

The offers validity should be not less than 180 days from the deadline date for submission.
