Joint venture ENI IN SALAH LIMITED acting on behalf of SONATRACH, ENI In Salah Limited and Equinor In Salah AS launches a national and international invitation to tender in one stage to :

PURCHASE A SEWAGE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS

Bidders interested in this ITT may withdraw the tender documents by sending an email to SCMPurchasingEngineer7@jvgas.com & SCMPurchasingSuperintendent@jvgas.com with an attachment of their commercial register adding the activity code(s) that correspond to the subject of this ITT.

Only companies specialized in this field are invited to be prospective bidders.

Candidates on the energy and mining sector's blacklist are not allowed to withdraw this tender document.

The tender process will be carried out in a single stage, with the submission of both the technical and commercial offers simultaneously.

Tenderers must submit a technical offer and a commercial offer in separate sealed inner envelopes, placed in a single sealed anonymous exterior envelope.

The deadline for submission shall be Forty (40) days from date of publication in BAOSEM. unless an extension time has been given, in this case a notice of extension will be communicated by e-mail to all Tenderers.

If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the bids will be submitted on the following working day.

The deadline for withdrawing the ITT documents is Seven (07) days before the closing date mentioned above.

The deadline for reception of requests for clarification is Seven (07) days before the bid submission date.

The bids opening session and offers evaluation will be carried out by an Ad-Hoc committee created by ISG, without the presence of the bidders.

Bids must remain valid for at least 120 days from tender closing date.

If needed ISG can ask Tenderers to extend the validity of their offer.
