Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

Only tenderers included in the list of companies and factories approved by Sonatrach for tubing & casing equipment can submit thetender documents.

Only premium connections approved by Sonatrach will be accepted

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender may tender for one or different complete batches and withdraw thespecifications at: Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Eni Group at: BP 475, Zone Industrielle, route d’Ouargla, HassiMessaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algeria, in return of the presentation of a legalized copy of the trade register as well as thecompany’s stamp, transmit the trade register and the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses

The tendering mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same external envelope.

The external envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes, must be anonymous and must bear only the following mention :

The “closing date for the technical and financial tender’s receipt” is 35 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of the presentinvitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date in the Baosem is included).

The period of withdrawal of the tender documents (specifications) is 25 days at 6:00 p.m., starting from the date of publication ofthis tender notice in the BAOSEM (the date of publication included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within thisframework by Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping, without thepresence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns ONLY the tenderers owning or responding to the following conditions:

- Approved tenderers & Having the factory & Premium connection type approved by SONATRACH.

- Have at least Five (05) years of international experience in similar projects.

- The Supplier must not be blacklisted by SONATRACH and/or ENI, and not have any dispute with SONATRACH and/or ENI
