Sonatrach, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Adrar Refinery issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:

Purchase of various fire-resistant junction components

Or requested at the email address: spm.ra1d@sonatrach.dz, in a period of 30 calendar days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem at 16h00, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a nonrefundable amount of 2000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 20.00 € for the foreign ones, and on the presentation of a copy of the trade register.

The payment shall be done by bank transfer to Adrar Refinery account:

The payment voucher related to the specifications’ withdrawal (bank voucher/Cash deposit slip) must be established in the name of the tenderer.

The submission mode in one single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separated envelopes, contained in the same envelope, sealed and anonymous, at the address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is fixed in 45 days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with and amount of:

For Algerian tenderers: 300 000.00 DZD

For foreign tenderers: 2 000.00 €

With a validity period of 120 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The folds containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in the invitation letters addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly mandated at the moment of the session of the financial offers’ opening and evaluation, which shall take place at the date, time and address mentioned in invitation that shall be addressed to only tenderers whose technical offers have been declared conform to the Tender Documents.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.
