The Company of Industrial Maintenance, abridged SOMIK-Spa, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open competitive prequalification regarding:

Realization of study, procurement, assistance, follow-up and supervision of photovoltaic installations N° 01/COM/2022

Published in the Baosem n° 2077 of December, 05^th 2022, that the prequalified candidates are the following:

• SECURITE 2000
• SINOHYDRO
• CNTIC
• SARL ENGINEERING ET INSTRUMENTATION MK (ELSWEDY ELECTRIC)
• EPPM SA
• ENERECO SPA

The candidates questioning the choice operated by the contracting structure may introduce recourse nearby the contracting structure.

The recourse is introduced in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of the publication of the contract provisional awarding in the Baosem. If the fifth day coincides a non-workday or a legal day off, the recourse deadline shall be postponed to the following workday.

The candidate’s recourse concerns only the decisions taken by the contracting structure about the treatment of his/ her offer.

Every recourse that is introduced by a candidate must contain:

- the names (first names), quality, function, the company name and address of the candidate’s head office;

- the references and object of the concerned invitation to tender;

- A presentation of the recourse motive, dated and signed, accompanied by the justifying documents;

The candidates’ recourse must be deposited or transmitted to the contracting structure, designated in the invitation to tender and/ or the tender dossier, in return of an acknowledgment receipt.

La Société de Maintenance Industrielle, par abréviation SOMIK-SPA informe l’ensemble des candidats ayant participés à l’appel à pré qualification ouvert à la concurrence nationale et internationale pour la réalisation d’étude, procurement, assistance, suivi et supervision des installations photovoltaïques N° 01/COM/2022

Paru dans le BAOSEM N°2077 le 05/12/2022 , que le les candidats pré qualifiés sont :

- SECURITE 2000

- SINOHYDRO

- CNTIC

- SARL ENGINEERING ET INSTRUMENTATION MK ( ELSWEDY ELECTRIC)

- EPPM SA

- ENERECO SPA

Les Candidats qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante peut introduire un recours auprès de la Structure Contractante.

Le recours est introduit dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM, Si le cinquième jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée au jour ouvrable suivant.

Le recours d’un soumissionnaire ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises par la Structure Contractante, dans le traitement de son offre.

Tout recours introduit par un soumissionnaire doit comporter :

Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du soumissionnaire

Les références et l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerné ;

Un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.

Les recours des soumissionnaires doivent être déposés ou transmis à la Structure Contractante, désignée dans l’Avis d’Appel d’Offres et/ou dans le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres et ce, contre un accusé de réception.
